Rich:
Some helpful hints and thoughts that you may need to think about. Not sure how many campgrounds you have frequented but it sounds as though that your problems exist in this primary campground.
For one please format your writing so it is easier on the eyes, paragraphs help in keeping the thoughts together.
Second you have a car hauler, some folks have toy haulers that have a back door as well. From here on you may want to consider a pull through so you don't encounter this problem again. Car haulers differ from campers and some hosts may not want those parked in a private campground.
I forgot what it takes to have a service dog, there may be a certification and not a letter. Between the dog, making jewelry outside and the furniture (pictures would have helped) your idea of camping (living) may not fit with the camping lifestyle as the owner sees it. Also check the ratings for the campgrounds you intend to stay in and see what others have posted. This should give you an insight of their experience.
Have you a toy hauler, complied with pet laws etc you may fit better. I apologize if it seems that I am judging you but based your description of the problem this is all that I have to go on to help you all out.
