Sorry about that, we had to send it somewhere... That storm dumped almost 8 continuous hours of rain before it moved out there

Really taking a bath today. The washes behind me are raging torrents. Should stop in a couple hours.. but wow. This ain't no Seattle drizzle!

Jeff, do you know when the HAM get together is? .... do they do a HAM cram?

We should make this the place for all things Quartzsite 2017 since there's already a few on the ground doing recon already.

Bump, for any new developments

Just returned from the area and things are slow as of yesterday,only saw about 4or5 rigs parked at Plomosa along 95, vendors light but starting to set up. Looks to me that it will be a few weeks till things start jumping. Seems to get later every year. I just go to visit friends and ride my bike off road. Dome rock had a fair amount of people.

Hmmm, refreshing this for 2017, maybe some folks will chime in on this winters activities.
