Also beware of the busy bodies. I have come back to my truck 3 times in the last 5 years to a LEO encounter for leaving our Chowlab in the truck for 30 to 45 minutes. Common sense nor actual conditions, such as 45 degree ambient temps on a cloudy day, or the truck running with A.C on, did not matter to the busies who called them in. At least every time the officer had common sense.
Ok to be fair out of three times only two were busy bodies, the last was some liberal 19yr old college girl whacko from Ohio U in Athens OH, who jumped in my face while exiting Denny's, and came about as close as anyone ever has where punching a woman in the face is concerned.
