We almost felt the same way this summer at RMNP. After the first day, I wondered how we'd fill the five that were reserved. By the third day, it had gotten under my skin. By day 5 we knew we wanted another week there. It got under my skin in a way that I didn't expect. Maybe Yellowstone would do that for you if you commited to it.
