Some helpful comments, thanks. And a few that were less than kind; no big surprise around here.
I thought there would be more people giving specific locations in the park that they found exceptional. Instead the consensus seems to be, "stop and smell the roses," or in other words, get out and hike and spend time soaking up the ambiance. Well, that is true of most parks. I'm only good for about 3 or 4 miles max on a hike (round trip), so that might be a limiting factor for me. I hope to return to the Tetons next summer, so I will figure on spending at least 3 days in Yellowstone if possible. Maybe it will rub off on me. If not, well, I'll catch up on my sleep. ;)
