what is the best time of year to go mid june or sept all information apprecated. planning for next year

Just got back, nice time of year to be there. Most CG's still fill up so do make reservations or get there early. Be aware that the fall seems to be when the road work gets done, meaning road closures. They have/had both loops broken on the west side for bridge work making for long trips to see differing parts of the park. Would be worth seeing if you can tell what they plan on for the time frame you will be there and plan your CGs accordingly.
