"Fishing Bridge is probably the single worst campground we've ever stayed in."
You must not have stayed in many CG then....LOL
We stopped at a county owned CG in Atlantic Iowa that ranks as the worse one we've seen lately. The entire CG was a pool of mud, had to put the truck in 4WD to escape. Checked several sites and could not find one with all three working water,sewer or power utilities. Makes Fishing Bridge look nice.
And as many have pointed out, whatever defects FB has are compensated by the location. It's right on Yellowstone Lake what more could you ask for?
