Yosemite or Gand canyon and Lake Powell?

Here is another approach to Yosemite, so to speak -- if you really need full hookups, stay at Mono Vista RV in Lee Vining. You can then take day trips up to Tuolumne Meadows. If this is a summertime trip, the meadows are much cooler than Yosemite Valley.

For the two year old, Mono Vista has a nice playground. For the 11 year old, there are great hamburgers and milk shakes right across the street!
