Shaung, I am pretty sure there are no full hookups near the Valley -- all of them will require a long commute over winding roads to get to the Valley each day. Go to rvparkreviews.com and check out the map, and you will see what I mean.
But don't worry about the drive to Yoesemite from LA -- the problem is not the road in the Yosemite area, the problem is escaping from LA without hitting a ton of traffic. Either leave in the morning on a Saturday or Sunday, or leave at 4 am on any other day.
