If your rig length from the back of the rearmost trailer tire (up against the site barrier) to the truck's front bumper exceeds the site length and causes your truck to stick out into the road, you'll have to unhook and park in the lot (it doesn't look wide enough to park next to your 5th). That's about the worst that can happen.
Some sites do have extra width for parking next to the RV. They tend to be on the curves of the loops or near intersections. I lucked into one of those wide sites, Lower Pines #38, on my last visit.
