The slide is actually on CA-140. The CA-120 route that turns left at Crane Flat gas station and goes across the park is open to Tuolome Grove parking lot. It will be open across the park when the high snow melts. The road closure will not stop traffic traveling thru from Groveland to Lee Vining.

We were at Yosemite Valley yesterday, Apr 21, and drove thru Upper Pines. Site #84 will be no problem for your rig. The 5er still hooked to the truck in the spot yesterday is longer than your rig. There is nothing behind the pad, so you can back your rear trailer tires right up to the curb barrier.
Past pictures of the site, including recreation.gov, don't show the current situation. The NPS has had dozens of trees cut in the Pines campgrounds. Any questionable tree with Pine Beetle or drought damage has been cut. They are several piles of cut trees awaiting transport out of the Valley. Should be all cleaned out in a couple months. The campgrounds are/ will be much sunnier than in the past.
There was a 5er about 35 feet long they were having trouble with at Lower Pines. A stack of cut logs right nest to the turn for the entrance station was making the turn into the CG very tight. I don't know how they resolved it.
