If you want scenic with just water and electricity (Dump station in park) one of our favorites is San Augustine Park .
Also Oak Thicket Park near LaGrange/Fayetteville.
We like the parks in the woods...not so much standard RV Parks. We also like to fish and enjoy parks on the water.
Also, Abilene State Park is very nice. Lots of shade.
