Your favorite Texas campground?
What is your favorite campground in Texas and why? We are continuing our Texas exploration and want to try out some new campgrounds. Jim

Just spent the 4th at Mother Neff. I really liked it. The trails are very nice. I took a hike with one of the rangers, and she showed us where they are building a new campsite with pull throughs and full hook ups in the prairie section of the park. Construction starts this month.
Nice to know they're finally getting started on the new sites up the hill at Ma Neff. Last time I hiked up there it was just a bunch of survey stakes, and a playground.
