YOU GOT THAT RIGHT! :S I think in the last 30 years of camping and RV ownership we've not paid that much yet for camping fees (everything combined). And have had the luxury of different destinations and traveling all over the USA.
(actually, you can even add the cost of fuel for all those travels in the last 30 years too, it still won't come up to $40,000!)
You don't get to sell your 30 expenses either, on the back end. with the escalating land prices here, that alone would pay all your camp expenses for as long as you hold the property.
