Solve that by going at Christmas or January - no shuttle - Few people.
Hard to beat the Beauty, but like all NP's, if near the I's they are just Stupid Crowded in the Summer.
JMHO,
Many of the hikes are best in the winter. My fondest memories of Zion include a hike to Kolab arch in December, when there were broken snow flurries, broken by occasional sections of clear blue sky. The contrast of reds, blue, the stream, and rock formations coming in and out of view as the snow squalls went by was absolutely spectacular. Best yet, we only spotted two other sets of hikers on the whole trip. You also want to try and be in the main canyon when it rains hard sometime. More spectacular waterfalls than you can imagine. Of course this is a bad time to be hiking, especially in the canyons.
