Thank you for the suggestions. Unfortunately I have things reassembled to the point that I cannot get a good picture.
I did consider going to a smaller pipe but was concerned that I may cause too much restriction if I reduce small enough to clear. The pipe is currently 1 1/2". Dropping to 3/4 would buy me about 3/8" of additional clearance.
If I stick with 1 1/2" and 90 it to the side 4" then up a bit over 5' then 90 back I will have plenty of room.
