$20 attic fan for summer heat---storage friendly

Vent cover would be nice will have to look into them. Any advice on noise level of the wind when its blowing 30mph from behind?

Right now my roof vents rattle and shake in the wind when a gust hits. Wonder if the vent would channel and rattle more?

Unfortunately the wind blows right into the back of my trailer. Does a swivel vent cover exist?
