I’d stick with Motorcraft if you can find one at a reasonable price. The fuel pump isn’t a job I’d want to repeat, so saving a few bucks on a cheaper unit usually isn’t worth the risk. Delphi and Bosch are also solid choices and have good reputations for OEM-quality parts
I’d avoid the no-name Amazon pumps too. A lot of them seem fine at first but fail early, and the labor involved makes it a frustrating job to redo. Check places like RockAuto, Ford dealers, or reputable parts suppliers for the Motorcraft/Delphi units. Make sure you match the exact VIN since there can be production changes even within the same model year.
