We bought it from a reputable dealer for little less than a 1/3 of the retail price.
When it came in on a trade in the damage wasn't noticeable from the inside or the outside. When it was resold the new owners got on the freeway and the siding peeled back exposing the hidden water damage. The framing was so rotted that the staples holding the siding just pulled out. Even though used trailers are sold as/is the dealer stood behind their name and gave them their money back.
We just happened to call from the internet posting that had not been removed yet. We took a 10 hour round trip drive and came home with project hoping the sweat equity would pay off.
The jury is still out as to if we really got a "good deal"
