Day 2, it doesn't look like we got very far but we worked most of the day!
Sidewalls totally rotted out


Roof with the rubber pulled back. The duct tape was there from the factory!


Got the rubber roof pulled back to the first good truss and the seam in the luan. Finally good wood!

Removed the 2 rotten trusses



Getting the inside cabinets above the bed out was a bugger! They were screwed in from the outside and the screws were so rusted they couldn't be turned. Ended up ripping up the roof to get them out. It was going to be replaced anyway
Now we are wondering if there is anyway to reinstall them from the inside instead of screwing from the outside. Ideas anyone?
