Finally got to take the drill off reverse!
Over the last couple of days I remade the roof trusses. Two were in such bad shape they was no fixing them. I thought about trying to use a few layers of 1/4 plywood that would bend but decided that it would be impossible to get the same curve as the factory. So I decided to trace the old one to a 2x6 and just have a solid truss. It's a little heavier than the original but not by much and it matches the curve exactly.

Here it is cut out

Then I glued and screwed the one salvageable truss to one of the new 2x6 trusses to make the double truss that was up in the very front under the fiberglass cap.

We also started on rebuilding the front wall structure. Photos of that later. We had to hurry and get the trailer covered up before the big storm came. We were under a tornado warning with 3 inches of rain predicted and the whole front end of the trailer was exposed to the oncoming wind with the siding sticking out and vulnerable. We did our best to shore it up. Wishing we had a big shop about now.
