You could drill holes so any humid air can be shared with any drier air in different cavities. I wouldn't do it. I wouldn't want to lose any integrity of the new truss and there are many small "pass-through" places where air can migrate. I also wouldn't add any rooftop venting. I fear water leaks.
I'm betting your original ceiling does not have a vapor barrier. Without a vapor barrier, any air in the ceiling cavities is also shared by the interior air in the living area. Don't sweat it (no pun intended).:B
Edit: You have the venting correct. If you didn't remove any vents, I wouldn't add any. Sometimes, a separate vent to drains are added for tubs and sinks. Using air admittance valves instead of a dedicated vent is pretty common in the RV world. Check under your kitchen sink.
