Adding Propane tanks

Question

I currently have this setup and want to add two removable 7.5 gal tanks to supplement the amount I can carry and to make it easier to refill when camped. Question is how to plumb? Can I just tap into that elbow by making it a "T"? Then run a line to the supplemental tanks? Do propane lines have to be ridgid or are there flexible lines?

The instructions for my Stay-A-While Deluxe (and I assume the other brands as well) have you connect it between the valve and the regulator.

You have a propane generator and a 2nd regulator. The question I don't have an answer for is: Do you plumb it in front of both regulators or only in front of the regulator for the appliances in the coach?
