Adding USB and 12v outets to my 2 RVs

When it says "2.4 amps (one port)" does that mean that if you are using both ports at the same time you only get 1.2 amps per port? There are other brands that will do 2.4 amps on both ports at the same time. I guess we all have different needs. What I seem to use the most are 12 v charging ports. Adding a single one over by the sink would not be at all ideal for my needs. Instead I added 3 ports on the side of the dinette were my wife usually sits and another 3 on my side of the dinette. With 6 additional ports we can use car chargers for running our laptops, charging cellphones, charging camera batteries, etc. When necessary I plug in a small inverter for charging batteries where I have not found a 12 v alternative to 110 charging. The small inverter also has a couple of USB ports but I don't think I have ever used one.

I put this in a couple years ago.

I used this fixture, which connects to any 12vdc source.

They also have one for 110vac source. Surprisingly the one with a built-in transformer is less $.

I added three 12 volt outlets to my TT. The first one is right inside the door on the side of the overhead cabinet. I got the power for this on from the light above the sink. The next on is above the passenger side dinette seat at the rear of the TT. I got the power for this on by tapping into the stereo power feed. The third outlet is above the driver side dinette seat. To power this one, I ran a channel up the corner of the TT to conceal the wires and got the power by tapping into a line coming out of the converter.
At the same time that I added these outlets, I added LED lights above the seats of the dinette to make reading easier. I used the same power supply that ran the 12 volt outlets.
We use these almost daily to charge camera batteries when we don't have shore power.

How does one go about locating, accessing, and identifying the wiring to something like the stereo?

The inside entertainment setup has some cubbies around it that would provide a good location for chargers. There is also an outside unit that I never intend to use (TV, speakers) and would like to use the power supply to that system, too.
