Add a window-SURE! You can even add a slideout. Truth is-a trailer is not any different than a stick house. You can add/remove/remodel anything you choose. Just keep this in mind. Before you go cutting holes in walls. You must first remove interior panels so you can see "exactly" where the wiring and wall studs are. Then you can remodel accordingly.
I think the main concern is "as mentioned". Finding a window that looks like your existing windows. Also (after you know where your studs are-and wiring has been redirected), finding a window the right size-that looks the part.
