I've got a Winegard Batwing (I guess) amplified antenna, it works ok (I guess). I don't spend much time in the camper watching TV, could care less.
But, when a storm is approaching I want reliable reception. When the picture starts freezing and pixillating because of the weather there's not much you can do.
Overall, I think digital was a solution looking for a problem.
