Any reason not to use this paint on a trailer?

Sure wish our clear sealant everywhere on our Heartland. Had something to stop the mold on it. Man it sure shows up on it.

I have no problem with mildew or "mold" on the exterior, only the rubber/vinyl around windows.

if one wants the fungicide effect any paint store sells small packets designed to be dumped into paint. don't know what types of paint it is useable with however, I use it with house stain/paint.

It's an interior grade paint.
