Here is what I use.Folds in half to 36" L x 30" W x 3.25" H with a handle.
I put my Weber Q100 on one side, my two burner coleman propane stove on the other end and have room in the middle for a tray with whatever I am cooking and room in front of both to lay utensils , spices, pot holders, whatever. Best $80 I ever spent and sturdy. Says a thousand lbs if evenly distributed. Don't know about that much but I would have no fear of putting a 100-150 lb. cooler on top of it. Best of all, it is fairly light and easily kept clean. Guessing maybe 25-30 lbs.
