Anyone place a smoke detector in the basement?

Saw it on a Facebook site. Makes sense especially with all the electronics down there. I bought one today at Lowe's and will be installing it in the basement of my Columbus this weekend. Might be a go...

My rig came with both CO and smoke detector in there. They are connected to the ones in the RV. DRV - another reason they are top of the line. :)
