I don't have the remote so I have to do everything on-screen(what a pain)
I have the cover on the camper yet, I will have to take it off and set the tv up again, I took it off last fall.
I worked with a guy for about an hour with a TV that had the same information in his users manual that you have in yours. It "should" have had the ATSC tuner but it did not. We brought in a small portable TV and everything worked perfectly. At 10+ years old your problem is likely the TV. I assume that you have checked the coax connection on the roof and you have verified that you have good 12+VDC in the coax cable itself where the coax enters the head of the Sensar antenna. If not you have not made the right connections. If there is 12V power there and the other connections are correct I would be that the TV is the issue.
When you do a new scan you should be seeing the number of Digital and Analog channels found separately. If you only see one set of numbers you likely have an analog TV. If you have the old digital converters available then you can put that between the coax input to the back of your TV and let it do a scan (The TV will be set to channel 3 or 4) for the channels your TV cannot receive. If you do not have one, don't buy one. At about $50 your money would be much better spent on a new TV.
