Best LED Interior Light Bulbs

Hi,

I'm going on vacation next Friday and was looking for some replacement 12v interior bulbs for my trailer. I've bought some before but they have a COLD BLUE light which we REALLY dislike!

I'm wondering if there is a make of bulb that gives a warm white light and still saves me power.

Preferably on Amazon Prime so I can get them on time! :)

Thanks!

ryanw821 Do you know if these LEDs have any regulator chips on the inside.. I'd be interested in these if they did not have the regulator chips.

If you can look inside maybe you can tell if one is there... It will be a small chip with a few resistors etc around it on the circuit board...

If the spec mentions the LED will work with a DC VOLTAGE range from 7-36VDC would require one. Without one the specs might say it will work from 12-14VDC.

The BUCK BOOST regulator chips give out RFI SIGNALS that interferes with the HDTV signals especially when you are picking them up using your OTA BATWING antenna.

EDIT NOTE: This request also for PORIGGITY

  • See my post here for what I did with LED light bulbs for my trailer. There is no interference with the TV and the color is almost identical with the regular bulbs they replaced.

I just picked these up for my TC... The price was hard to beat, and they are direct "plug N play" for most interior RV lights.

I tried to go back and verify my order but couldn't.

I think these are what I got and they fit almost everything in the RV. Count before you order. I have a fairly small C and it took about 16 of them.

You should NOT have to pay more than about $2 apiece for the common ones like this. If you have odd-balls, the price might go up to $5 each. I had 4 of them, two different types.

Maybe they are 1156 base so I'd go with the 10 for $39 about double what you would pay on Ebay from China where these were made. You noose you loose.

Look for "warm white" (warm white is usually about 3000-4000K color temp) LED kits, those are usually quite close to incandescent color. Not knowing your fixtures, can't really recommend any certain one, but These are what I got, fairly universal connections, but some fixtures cant fit "panel" type replacements, so they aren't for everyone. These I got from ebay, but I have seen similar on amazon too.

X2. They are cheap on Ebay (that's where mine came from). Buy a few different ones and try them. Then buy more of the ones you like the best.
