We have a Dometic 310 and the china bowl started to loosen up from the plastic pedistal. Only fix was to replace it. Luckily Dometic replaced as it was still under warranty so they shipped us a replacement. Did some research and found that it was a common problem with this model. We are not full timers but don't think this would be my choice if we were.
WE had our do the same thing loosen from the bowl and dometic sent us a replacement, however upon receiving the new toilet looked and noticed that there are only 4 screws that hold the bowl to the plastic base. I took the old toilet off and tighten the screws and re-installed the toilet and all is good as new. We have the new 310 in our storage bay, just in case anything happens we'll have a new toilet to install.
