Looks good! You'll like it. A suggestion would be to put some carpet on the underside (and top side) of the top plywood. This will aid in cutting down condensation when you sleep and it is cooler outside. We use Hyperloft under our foamies & it cuts it out, but the above mentioned carpet would work & be less expensive also.
