Butyl tape trick
I was working with sealing some seams after some repair work on my motorhome today, and had to deal with the Butyl tape. I don't think it's any great secret that it's not the cleanest or easiest stuf...

Yeah, that's it. It gets "goopy" when it warms up in the sun, local temp, container, etc.
