I'm not surprised at all. We have had more than our share of problems with this brand new RV. Mostly small things, but it has been in the shop more than on the road....literally. I have a pretty bad attitude toward Thor products. Not a big fan of Camping World either. But we are getting the wrinkles ironed out and looking forward to better times.
