Chassis battery. I need a new one, how many cranking amps should I be looking for? it is for a Ford V10.

I just went to Auto Zone's web site and entered my E450 as an owned vehicle. I asked for a starting battery, and it suggested 8 possibilities. - What is in it now?
Did it last long?
One with 750 CCA should work. That is recommended for F250-F350's
