Looks good. Considering doing it myself. Last time I checked, Home Depot carries Lexan and acrylic sheets in various thicknesses and sizes. Lexan (polycarbonate) cuts easily with a fine tooth blade, even on a table saw. However, its UV protection is not that good and may frost or yellow over with time and exposure to sunlight. Acrylic has better UV resistance, but is more brittle and requires care in cutting as it will chip if not careful. Lexan scratches easier than acrylic, so be careful when cleaning.
