Maybe there's a few 100 watts of solar on the roof, who needs propane :)
One thing I'm wondering, residential fridge usually have a timer in them for automatic defrost, which drains the melt water into a pan under the fridge. Will you be adding a drain line to the outdoors, or disabling the timer, or what?
