I got off my procrastinating butt and wanted to get the camper ready for some fall camping now that the 5th wheel trip is over. that means I had to get this new battery tested and installed, but first I had to add all the accessories like cut off switch, fuse, busbars and get everything mounted.

First solution, then I realized the shunt for the battery meter was still mounted in the camper

one of the things I struggled with was finding something around the house to use to mount the BMS. then I remembered there were rubber feet on the old 5th wheel water pump that might work. two of them worked perfect and held it more secure than I could imagin
set in place and temporarily hooked up just to make sure everything is working properly, which was a good thing as I remembered I forgot to run two wires from the new battery location to the old one to power my back up lights. so once I do that I will move the solar controller to the bottom right hand side, build a cover then a shelf on top I am still deciding while I am at work this week, if I should cut the battery cables and put new ends on them or if I should coil them and secure then under the base so incase/when I sell it and want to put the 6V batteries back.
