well, got a bit more done before it go to hot to work outside.
I had to pull everything out again, as I forgot to run two wires to that area the batteries were in to power my LED backup lights. I also wanted to put in a USB charger solution so we could charge our phones, and what ever else quickly, and with out having to run 10 foot cords through the sliding window of the truck to a charge port in the truck. the joys of a 34 year old camper eh.
I couldn't get it where I wanted, but I found an area that will work. it is just behind the back of the shelves by about 1/2" so it was a perfect place for it.
then I proceeded to get everything back in the closet, move the solar controller and clean up some wires. this morning I am going to start on the shelves in the closet. by freeing up the outside compartment, I will be able to put my stove and griddle out there instead of in this closet so that is the trade off. I end up with about the same storage space in this closet but my cooling stuff goes outside.
