You need to do a lot more research.
RV generators are different because:
They are designed to go into a closed space.
They are all electric start, and don't carry a starting battery.
They don't have a gas tank.
The are better sound controlled than the others.
Few have a demand start feature.
Window air conditioners are a poor application in an RV because the have to protrude through the structure to get effective air flow. This means that to install in a side, they have to be withdrawn for travel. If placed in the leading surface, there is frequently debris/bug issues as they are not protected from this.
I have seen several do as you are suggesting and all would have come out cash ahead to search for a used RV in good condition.
