Take the top vent off the out side and see if the top of the air vent area is square or has a curve to it at the top. If no curve I'd make a curve with some thin sheet metal and install a few computer fans in the top vent to draw air up the back on the refrig. coils and out the top.
You can pick up 12volts for the fans at the back of the refrig. and just use an on/off switch or put in an inline thermostat. Just be sure to install an inline fuse either way.
