Not a class A, but I did install one under my TV in our 5er. Had a little used cabinet under the TV. Found a fireplace insert from this place that fit in the opening with no cabinet modifications required. Just removed the doors, installed the fireplace, and added some trim around it to cover the small openings around the sides and top. Worked out great.
There were actually two cabinets below the TV and the fireplace went into the lower one. Added an electrical outlet in the cabinet above and tied it into the outlet for the TV for power.
Oops. Can't seem to show the complete picture. But TV is above the cabinet doors and fireplace is below at floor level.
