Electric Kwikee steps loose power/stop working all together?

Gonna need more information..
More information; I have no power to the step motor. Checked all wiring and on/off switch is all good. Have replaced inline 5amp fuse, yet can not locate 25amp fuse? Steps are in! Any suggestions?
