Flipping my axle!

Got the Dexter axle flip kit a couple months ago.
Was going to do it myself but decided it was worth some $$ to have someone do it.
Talked to my mechanic right next door (handy, and a great neighbor for a business).
He wanted to look over the kit before deciding to do it. Gave me an inexpensive estimate and I said YES! I'll be giving him a bonus since I was prepared to pay over three times more. Dropped it off a couple hours ago. He's the guy that's State inspected it since new.
I am STOKED!

    Our axles are flipped and everytime we go to the desert I think about cutting out the wheel well arches inside the trailer and making it one big flat floor from wall to wall.

    Since neighbor is a mechanic, he/she can flip TT/5er axles? That doesn’t follow to me.

    When I was thinking about it I asked the local Trailer Shop and they quoted a very low price, less than $100. You want someone who will keep your axles aligned, not sure what is involved with that.

    Always great to find a good deal. Hopefully he knows how to properly align the axles.
