You have separate grey tanks.......galley & grey(shower)?
Shower....soapy grey water. It's own pump with strainer, switch, line to toilet.
Fresh water to toilet disconnected/capped....no tie to grey water line.
I won't be comfortable tying the systems together with valves/check valves etc.
If something should fail or be miss valved......sick people.....no thanks.
I went a much simpler route.........installed a drain valve on drain line close to end cap.
With it closed I can 'transfer' water from galley to grey, grey to galley, galley and/or grey to black just by using the OEM drain valves. Water equalizes and moves from one tank or other.
Seeing as the galley & grey fill up faster than black.....it moves from grey tanks to black tank. Some mixing may (probably) occur but they are waste holding tanks and get dumped/rinsed.
I'm much more comfortable with that then mixing grey/fresh water systems.
