I did the same thing. While it was likely unnecessary, I replaced an old Heart Interface 2000 MSW with a 3000 watt PSW. The higher 300 amp battery charger was one reason but the PSW was very attractive. Now, all of my clocks keep time and by batteries recharge faster.
