1. Put your cursor in the box where the URL is.
2. Hit CTRL + A on your keyboard. This will copy the URL to your clipboard. An alternative method is to put your cursor at the beginning or end of the URL, left click and drag the cursor over the entire URL which will highlight it. Then right click anc select "copy" which will copy the URL to your clipboard.
3. Then go to your post and put your cursor where you want it and right click. Select "paste" from the menu and you are done. :)
Just remember - left click selects and right click gives you a menu.
