I see an additional bank of batteries in your future. Two GC2 6v's will get you about 220AH. Mine were around $180 from Sam's Club. The 6V cart batteries are very durable, much better than any hybrid marine deep cycle 12V.
FWIW, I have just a bit over 300AH of capacity with a 1000W inverter using a small residential fridge. Solar does most of the charging duties. If you have a full-sized residential fridge, you should see operating draw in the neighborhood of 1 KW/day or 85 AH/day. A bit of that estimate will fudge on door opening events and ambient but your yellow usage sticker on the door will be very close to actual draw. My total usage numbers are usually below that 85AH so a single 235W solar module does the trick with charging.
