Not trying to be negative or sharp shoot anyone, but why not just run a generator? Do you boonedock that much? It sounds like you could not get more than 1-2 days without running the generator anyway.
I have both a 120V and propane/elect. RV refrig. My wife complains that the RV ref. freezes her vegetables so she uses the Dorm Room size 120 just for Veggies, eggs, and a few other items.
ANYWAY, we do not boonedock more than overnight so either have shore power or can run the generator as we drive down the road and until quiet hours. We turn off the genny at night if we are around other campers, and the 120V frig keeps things cold for the 8-12 hours before we get back on the road.
